Features
Box Strength Enhanced by 10-20% in ECT and/or Bursting Strength. General merchandise boxes with enhanced holding strength and moisture adsorption by application of ZEO® enhanced recipes.
Dual corrugated structure with stone glued between flute papers for higher strength.

Burst strength of corrugated cardboard/box with the paper weight and the flute type as Case 2：Increase of about 2 kg/cm2 （Samples tested by YUEN FOONG YU PAPER ENTERPRISE(FUZHOU) CO., LTD）
Before strength testing, the sample is pre-preprocessed at 23±2ºC and relative humidity 50±5% for 16 hours to get the sample being 7~8% humid content.
Double wall (A/B)- paper weight: outer liner 170g/m2, B-flute 105g/m2, medium liner 105g/m2, A-flute 105g/m2, inner liner 170 g/m2.
Single wall (A)- paper weight: outer liner 170g/m2, A-flute 105+105g/m2, inner liner 170 g/m2.
Box compression strength of double walls being easily increased to over 470kg from 400kg by ZEO®.
For general case, we can use single wall to provide 400kg box compression strength as indicated above.
